A space-based habitat in the form of a large rotating cylinder station, or O’Neill cylinder, located in GP space. Rotation produces apparent gravity along the inner surface, and like many habitats of its size and style, it emulates natural planetary life with water, soil, flora, fauna, and weather.

It holds a dozen thousand people across villages and a central town. Victoria and Julian grew up in a district of this habitat.
