A kind elderly mechanic living in the backwater settlement of Napeoneck. Besides repair and tinkering work, she enjoys carving intricate wooden sculptures, cooking and baking obscure dishes and treats, and caring for a sizable collection of exotic pets.

The Verity crew meets Phoe while following a clue about Galena’s origin. After helping them, she becomes Victoria’s pen pal.

Appearance

Elderly woman, short sturdy build, weathered tan or light brown skin, deep smile lines, and kind alert eyes. Silver gray thick messy hair tied in a low practical bun.

Quilted cold weather mechanic coat, scarf, thermal layers, heavy apron, patched insulated trousers, and snow or work boots. Often found with tools, a carving knife, tiny wooden shapes, and maybe a small exotic pet.
